Pass in 10+2 /PUC with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics or Biology OR Pass in D.Pharm and age as on 31st December of the year of admission should not be less than 17 years.

Duration :

Six years (five yrs of study and one yr of internship in hospital). The period of six years duration is divided into two phases:

Phase - I: - consisting of First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth year

Phase –II: consisting of internship training in hospital during sixth year including postings in specialty units and providing clinical pharmacy services to the wards in general medicine and other specialty departments like ENT, Surgery etc

Hospital Posting :

Every student shall be posted in our constituent hospital for a period of not less than 50 hrs in each of second, third & fourth year. In the fifth year every student shall spend half a day in the morning hours attending ward rounds on daily basis. During sixth year every student will be posted in hospital for whole year for internship.

Every student shall carry out a project under the supervision of a teacher during fifth year and shall submit report which will be assessed by examiners at the end of fifth year.

Yearly examination conducted by University. Totally three sessional examination will be conducted for 30 marks in theory as well as practical by the college and average of best two will considered

Attendance :

A minimum of 80% attendance in theory & practical is mandatory to get eligibility for sessional and annual examination
