This unique training programme aims to bridge the
gap between the industry and academia by bringing
students closer to the real world of work. The objective
of this training is to expose the students to a range
of skills such as soft, interpersonal, behavioral,
attitudinal, value, development, managerial, social
and communication in addition to the technical skills.
The department is run by our own
committed and dedicated trainers who are professional
motivators & have trained in corporates. The course
curriculum has been structured by these experts in
the respective fields keeping in mind the requirement
of the Industry.
Importance of this program:
As per the NASCOM 85% of
the students are not suitable for job because of a lack
of soft skills and enough hands on experience on techniques
required by the industry. It is not that 85% of the students
are not competent to take up jobs; it is their lack of
self confidence and a lack of knowledge about how to use
the technology which they have acquired during the course
of study in under graduate study. We at Krupanidhi would
like to bridge this gap between the industry and academics
by this finishing school training programme.
Training in Personality Development
& Competency Studies:
In addition to the
finishing school training, our training department has
vast resources of materials pertaining to various competitive
examinations like GATE, GRE, CAT, MAT, TOEFL, GMAT etc.
Visiting faculty members from associated institutions
offer expert training programs / seminars relevant for
different competitive examinations which prepares a
student to face the challenges of the competitive examinations.
English Language & Communication
Skills Training:
Our faculty members from English Department
conduct basic courses for students who want to improve
their language and communication skills both oral and
written. It will be a combination of language work (Spoken
English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation) and study
skills (essay writing, note taking, summarizing, oral
presentations, discussions, etc.). This is intended
to be a combination of serious study and enjoyable cultural
experience.
The department also conducts advanced
courses for students to sharpen special, analytical
& written communication skills pertaining to specific
in business situations such as US accents required for
BPO organizations.
Value Added Courses:
A mere Bachelors Degree
normally falls short of expectations of the industry.
Therefore to improve the employability and competitiveness
of its graduates, the college has started some innovative
beyond-curriculum "value added" programs for the students
which will help them to meet the challenges of the global
work environment. Under this program students are trained
in varied subjects so that when a student is selected
for employment, he or she will be skilled in an area that
is usually the weakest link.
The college has made forays into industry-institute
interaction by signing MOUs with other renowned organizations
in Bangalore.
Advanced
Software Training
The Software Training Academy
of Krupanidhi Degree College aims to impart technical
skills related to advance software engineering
to our students. This initiative will help in
building confidence in our students as they will
acquire professional experience before venturing.
As a part of this program we offer the certificate
courses in Advanced Software Development using
DBMS tools.
.Net Technology
and J2EE Training:
This
certificate training Program in ".NET TECHNOLOGY"
and "J2EE" is conducted by the experts for the
benefit of students of II and III year BCA degree.
The college provides state of the art technology
infrastructure needed to impart this training.
The training will entail practical
work on various projects, using the .Net technology
